This medium roast will set your tastes in stone. Certified organic, this coffee contains tastes of caramel, honey, and fruit. It is grown in the Chimbu Province of Papua New Guinea by small agricultural cooperatives and procured via fair trade at a market. The variety of the bean type includes Bourbon and Typica. Beans are grown between at 1350M above sea level in volcanic loam. After being hand-picked, the coffee is wet-hulled and dried on raised beds. This flavor will turn your tastebuds upside down and inside out!
