Flavor profile: Salted Caramel + Silky Sweet + Citrus

Certified fair trade and 100% organic coffee by the FDA. Our coffee is harvested by smallholder farmers from Piura, Amazonas, Peru. The clay mineral soils along with the high altitude of 1100-1700M above sea level provide a complexly sweet flavor only bested by caramel candies. The variety consists of Caturra, Bourpon, Catuai, Pache, & Catimor. Hand picked, gully washed, and dried in the sun.  Medium roasted for quality enjoyment.
