Was watching one of my favorite Twitch streamers, Kabhaal, and they mentioned this company. I know several in my household are coffee fiends. Figured I order a bag that not only is ethically sourced but supports many people by purchasing it. Narrowed it down to the Cowboy Blend since everyone likes chocolate/caramel/vanilla; can't go wrong with that combination. The coffee itself is smooth. The chocolate notes aren't too overpowering. The sweetness from the caramel is lovely and the vanilla notes don't make me feel that I'm drinking a scented candle. Which I've drunk coffees that have vanilla notes that felt like that. Not with this! Would definitely order this again and any future coffee blends from you. 10/10
